Established in 2018, Positive HR offers a fresh take to the HR consulting and HR outsourcing industry. Founding Partner Jessica Bilston-Gourley has established a business and team built on the overarching philosophy, that is, to lead with enthusiasm. The Positive HR team takes their work seriously, but not without injecting a generous serving of energy, knowledge and positivity into the businesses of our clients. HR is about building high-quality and trusted partnerships at all levels of an organisation—big or small. And, just as your staff members matter to you, you matter to us.

A little more about our Director

Jessica is a natural-born connector, and is known for developing long-standing and effective business partnerships. She is fuelled by her passion and genuine love for HR Consulting and HR Outsourcing - and of course helping others. Jessica's knowledge and determination to turn information and data into action and initiatives have contributed to her successful career and results for clients to date.

In 2017, Jessica received the LinkedIn Power Profile – Top 5 HR Professionals on LinkedIn across Australia and the Young Achiever Leadership Award – First National Real Estate. Since then she has continuously been seeking ways to challenge status quo in HR and reinvent the wheel when required. Jessica's attitude and determination has lead to her being the Co-Convenor of AHRI Emerging Leaders Committee in 2019 and again in 2020.
